Additional fees and important information

  • A one-time additional fee applies during the first year. It includes registration, document translation, notarisation, legalisation, and the issuance of student and library cards.
  • From the second year onward, annual visa-extension charges are payable according to actual expenses.
  • Biometric and fingerprinting charges are payable by the student upon arrival at actual cost.
  • Food, flights, local transport, winter clothing and personal expenses are not included unless confirmed in an official invoice.

Fee disclaimer: Fees and exchange-rate calculations may change. Confirm the latest official university fee schedule, invoice, payment recipient and refund terms before making a payment.

How to compare fee information

Ask which currency applies, when each payment is due, who receives it and which refund rules apply. Exchange rates can materially affect the amount paid in Indian rupees.

Keep university payments separate from third-party service charges. Request receipts and written terms for every payment.

Budget beyond tuition

Include accommodation, food, insurance, medical tests, visa-related costs, flights, local transport, winter clothing, study materials and emergency reserves.

Personal spending varies, so build a realistic buffer instead of relying on a single promotional total.
